Order Tracking and delivery Requests

How to Track My Order?

  • Sign into your account on Vividartsy Website.
  • Click on the tab "Orders"
  • Under each undelivered order, you can find a tab "Track Order"
  • Click on the "Track Order" tab and it will redirect you to the detailed tracking page.

When will I receive my order?

All the successfully placed orders get dispatched within 24 hours and they are expected to get delivered is 6-7 working days.You can track every movement of the order from the dispatch to delivery by clicking "Track order" under MY ACCOUNT section.

What if my shipment delivery date crosses the delivered Tat?

We do make sure that your small bundle of joy reaches you within the said date but in case if it doesn’t feel free to write us on Contact@vividartsy.com.

Is there any limit to the quantity that I can order?

No, there is no limit in the Quantity.

How to check if my pincode is serviceable or not?

We do provide an option at the product detail page for checking the serviceability of your Pincode. In-case you did not checked it there we will not accept payment against the non-serviceable Pincodes and you won’t be able to checkout.

Is it possible to change my shipping address?

Yes, it is possible to change the shipping address until your order is not processed. You can do so by mailing us on Contact@vividartsy.com. Once the order gets processed, we won’t be able to change the address.

Do you deliver out of India?

No, currently we don’t deliver out of India, but you can subscribe to our newsletter for the latest updates.
CANCELLATION

What is Your Cancellation Policy?

Customer can cancel an order until it has not been packed in our Warehouse (check status on Website). This includes items purchased during SALE also.

How to cancel my Order?

You can cancel your order on your own by simply going to "Orders" Section under "My Account". Every Ppaced unprocessed order has a tab "Cancel order". Cancel your unprocessed order by simply clicking the tab. Else, mail on Contact@Vividartsy.com.
Shipping and Delivery

What is your shipping and delivery charges?

We provide "Free Deliveries" Pan India. Hence, feel free to place an order without paying any extra cost, Happy Shopping!

How To Pay for a COD order?

We would request our clients to pay through exact cash only on all the COD purchases.

Is there a purchase limit on COD?

Yes, Cash on Delivery option is available on purchases up to a limit of Rs. 10,000 beyond which purchases can only be made using online payments.
Returns and Exchanges

What is your return Policy?

We do have a 15 days return policy, applicable under the mentioned circumstances:
  • Returned products must be unused and unwashed.
  • Returned with all original packaging and tags that they were shipped with.

What if the package received is Unsealed/Broken?

Don’t accept that packet. Click the picture and mail it to us on Contact@vividartsy.com

How to exchange my product?

Exchange is allowed only if the size mentioned for the exchange is available. For Exchanging the product, follow the below mentioned steps:
  • Click on "My account".
  • Click On "Return/Exchange" available on the left Bottom.
  • Select the order you want to proceed with Exchange.
  • Click the "Exchange" on the top.
  • Select the size you want to exchange the delivered product with.
  • Submit and Proceed.
Our team will get in touch with you to share the request id and tracking details.

What if the exchanged size is not available/Out of stock?

  • In case of non-availability of the required size, the exchange won’t be possible.
  • However, you can proceed with the return of the same providing the valid reasons.

How can I return my product?

You can return the product by following the below:
  • Click on "My account".
  • Click On "Return/Exchange" available on the left Bottom.
  • Select the order you want to proceed with the return.
  • Click the "Return" on the top.
  • Provide us the valid reason of the return and share image with all the tags intact.
  • Select the mode of Refund and submit.
  • Our team will check and provide you the approval.
  • Once approved, we will get your product picked by our logistics and you will be updated with the Return id.

How can I check the status of my returned Order?

We will be sending you notifications via email & SMS on your registered mail id & phone number of all proceedings.
Refunds

What is Your Refund Policy?

As per our refund policy, every eligible order for the refund will get refunded in maximum 6-7 working days.

Do I have to provide the details for the refund?

We appreciate if you do provide us the details and the mode through which you wanted to receive the refunds. You can share the details in the portal or mail us on Contact@vividartsy.com

What happens if my payment got deducted but the order is not placed?

If your payment is debited from your account after a payment failure or in case of an unsuccessful order, it will be credited back within 7-10 days, after we receive a confirmation from the bank.

What should I do the payments Failed?

Kindly retry in sometime it happens because of server issue or poor internet connectivity.If it still persists, please drop a mail on Contact@vividartsy.com.
